2015-2016 Event Gallery

During the summer of 2015  the students that attended the Mega Mergers Apprenticeship Program  were challenged to take what they had learnt into the wider world and try it out. Under the guidance of Ms. Marshall the founder of the program and Mrs. Denise Curry  three students decided that they would stay the course and see what would come  of the experience. After three months one of the students returned to college and the two remaining students stay on until  present day.

In the past year these students have gained tremdous exposure and have had first hand experience as to what it would take for them to start a business from scratch and make it a success.  There training included seminars,  festivals, dailey tutorials  and events that afforded them opportunities to meet potiential clients from around the world.  They learnt to create products, develop ideas and test concepts.

Some of the highlights of this year of exposure included:
  - Winning  the "Best In Show Prize" at the 2015 Wine and Art Festival  for a chair made out of old tires.
